Heaving Line Practice

bulletThe heaving line is used to get a line across an obstacle, such as over the water from one ship to another. Once across, the line is pulled across by the receiver and used to pull larger lines (such as mooring lines) across.
bulletAll cadets practiced throwing the heaving line for both distance and aim.
